Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple complex end-to-end digital transformation projects for various regional clients.
- Play a consultative role within the account leadership team, understanding opportunities and building trust with the client’s leadership team.
- Act as an experienced technology partner, capable of proposing innovative solutions that leverage technology to address business and process-based challenges by offering differentiation, efficiency, and improved user experiences.
- Hands-on delivery management experience covering all aspects of project initiation and lifecycle: lead management, bid/financing qualification, driving solutions and staffing, client management, delivery, and execution governance. Accountability for overall delivery, including financial, procurement, development, and business perspectives.
- Lead the implementation of solutions from setting project requirements and goals to the "go-live" of the solution.
- Manage customer expectations and relationships. Maintain relationships with senior-level clients and seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services through relationship management.
Requirements
- Experience in project delivery teams and solution building, with a proven track record of driving scalable enterprise initiatives.
- Experience as an Agile practitioner, capable of defining and implementing Agile processes in complex customer and stakeholder environments, with significant experience in delivering Agile projects at scale.
- Experience in presales, contracting, and management across multiple commercial models, including Time & Materials (T&M), Fixed Price (FP), and Managed Output/Outcome.
- Proactive, adaptable, able to multitask, meet deadlines, work quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
Desirables:
- Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives, ideally in a large enterprise where initiatives impacted both the organizational and technical components.
- Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills, with desirable experience collaborating with nearshore teams.
- Experience in building and leading geographically dispersed delivery teams, with desirable experience in working with distributed customer teams and defining appropriate target operating models.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum is desirable.
- CSM/PSM or PMP certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master’s degree or international education being a plus.
- MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred.
