In 2018, he launched and expanded EPAM's Japan office as Country Head, starting with only 3 members and growing the office to 140 members in 3 years.
In 2020, he received the top awards for new business sales across Europe and Asia, contributing significantly to DX promotion in Japan. From August 2023, he joined ICMG Group as CEO of ICMG Digital.
