Responsibilities
- Support the C-Level/Executive team in the Digital & Innovation business throughout the project lifecycle from pre-sales opportunities to active projects, strategy to product development services
- Lead, develop, and articulate industry-shaping digital strategies and drive narratives about the digital journey for the C-level
- Stay at the forefront of digital trends that are disrupting the industry. Be an ambassador of transformation. Solve business problems and drive client growth through digital transformation
- Act as a product owner, creating product roadmaps, managing product backlog, prioritizing features, creating user stories, and actively working on product development as part of an agile team
Requirements
- Experience in consulting with a Big-4 or similar consulting firm, or systems integrator (manager or senior manager level)
- Deep knowledge and understanding of specific sectors such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, financial services, healthcare, etc.
- Experience with digital innovation, customer experience, platform ecosystems, and advising clients on market dynamics and trends with a digital focus.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile development, and a strong desire to be at the forefront of digital transformation.
- Robust project management methodology and experience with multi-disciplinary project teams and environments.
- Skilled at analyzing complex business issues and effectively communicating these issues to clients.
- Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive actions to mitigate and resolve issues as they arise.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinker with gravitas
Good to have
- Business English proficiency is a plus
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or related subject preferred.
- Experience with studying abroad previously is a plus
